Customers can easily track their Debenhams order by either logging into their account on the website or by clicking the tracking link provided in their order dispatch email.
In some instances, orders may be dispatched in multiple parcels and from different locations or sellers. Customers are advised to allow the full delivery timeframe for all parcels to arrive. It’s important to note that deliveries are made 7 days a week between 8 am to 9 pm.
You have a 28-day window from the date of receipt to return an item. Returns are complimentary for unlimited subscription members. For non-unlimited subscribers, a £1.99 fee per order applies to return shipments.
If your item is from one of our concessions, use the provided label to return it to the seller. For multiple items from various sellers, each must be returned separately. If your parcel lacks a return label, please reach out to customer care for guidance on the best return method.
For non-concession items, follow these steps to initiate a return:
- Repackage your items in their original packaging.
- Access our returns portal using your email address and order number.
- Choose your preferred return option.
- Ship your return back to us, ensuring you retain or photograph your postage receipt (you can discard this after receiving your refund).
- Upon receipt of your return, we will send you a confirmation email, followed shortly by a refund confirmation.
After you’ve shipped your return, it may take up to 21 days to receive your refund. This timeframe includes 14 days for the carrier to return your parcel to our warehouse and for our team to process your return. Then, an additional 7 days are needed for the refund to reflect in your account.
You’ll receive an email notification upon the arrival of your parcel at Debenhams’ warehouse, and another once your refund has been processed.
